a mama’s touch offer personal and unique baby massage courses from birth up to 1 year of age. Classes are informal, relaxing and homely and follow the world renowned and Royal College of Midwives accredited IAIM programme. (http://www.iaim.org.uk)

Courses run over 4 weeks, each week learning new strokes for an area of the body, gradually building up to a full routine, the origins of which are in swedish & indian massage, reflexology and yoga

All attendees receive a bottle of complimentary oil, a course booklet and cd of all music played during the sessions

Each session includes free refreshments and time is given at the end of each class to get to know one another and talk about the benefits and origins of baby massage

I am currently on maternity leave after the birth of my second baby, Chester. Whilst off I’m busy writing my Massage Blog which will give you lots of information on massaging your little one as well as ways you can get started etc. So feel free to pop over and sign up to these fortnightly emails (http://www.amamastouch.co.uk/massage-blog)

I am already taking bookings for my course which starts on Friday 4th September and places are going quickly so if you are expecting or have just had your baby and would like to join us please get in touch. Whilst I am on maternity leave I will still be running 1-2-1 courses (from July onwards) on Saturdays and Sundays. These can either be in your own home (if close to Maidstone) or here at my venue and can be for just yourself (£60) or for you and some friends (more than one person cost drops to £40 per person) and include exactly the same bits as the full course.

As Regional Representative for the IAIM I will be diverting enquiries to attend 4 week courses before this date to my other wonderful local CIMIs, so if you know someone who wants to come on a course before September still get them to email me.
